THE POINTING FINGER PART TWO NO! NO! This is not going good! We are not looking: The bigger the finger showing us the way, the less we see. We just get closer to examine the finger, so close that some of us even loose our eyes. 1,000,000,000. people are starving in the world. Yes, nine zeros. It is a lot, don't you think? There are more than ever. That is some finger to look at. The amount of extra starving people only last year, was 100,000,000. They tell us there is evolution. Words like "Egalité, Fraternité, Liberté", have been written, sung, and painted. Well, forget the "Liberté"stuff, but what about the rest? What about what the fingers are showing us? There are many more rich people in the world: A soccer player was paid, how much? 80,000,000. dollars? More? They get 15,000,000. a year plus the rest. They own houses, they own entire towns, they own our spirit and minds, but people are starving and screaming for help, and we keep looking at the fingers and don't look at whom is pointing. Philosophers, Saints, Prophets, Scientist, Visionaries. All of these people's fingers show us something we need to see, why don't we look there? Does the light hurt our eyes? Does the light scare us? Is that why we put our head in a sac and watch all TV all day, and then read some lies told by the newspapers. Why do we go and buy Nikes and Adidas? Why do we buy these products at ten times the price they should have been? Why do we allow the world to have 1+ nine zero people to be starving to death; not counting the people starving for medicines they can not afford to pay for. There are children dying who could have been saved by a few dollars. According to the FAO, only last year, there were a hundred million more people starving in the world. And I 'm not speaking of being poor, I mean STARVING, dying from not having enough food. Just some bread, or some rice, or corn. This is our world. This what we have accomplished. Do you think we should be proud of it?
